No. Linked Plans is a service provider not a software provider. Our work is engrained in the PDF documents we create allowing you to utilize whichever PDF viewer/software you prefer.

Q?Can items other than RFIs and Submittals be posted to the drawings?

Yes, any file type can be posted and hyperlinked to Contract Documents. This includes photos, BIM snapshots, and CAD files.

Q?How many users can be added?
A.

The amount of users per project is unlimited. By utilizing existing cloud based collaboration software we can create a project specific network that fits the size of your project. This also allows us to keep our costs very low and competitive as the amount of users does not affect cost.

Q?How is Linked Plans different from the iPad apps and software currently on the market?

Our service is compatible with virtually every computer and mobile device. Everything works wonderfully whether you are viewing your drawings on a PC, Mac, iPad, Android Device, or Windows 8 Device.

Q?Can I manage the Contract Documents myself after they are hyperlinked?

Absolutely! Upon completion of hyperlinking, Linked Plans will provide training and support to give your team the tools to effectively and efficiently maintain your Contract Documents.

Q?Can Linked Plans Integrate with my existing document management system?

Most likely yes. Linked Plans can integrate with SharePoint, Share File, Box, and most commonly used Document and Project Management software
